Tuition & Fees

Application Fee

Prospective students applying to Finney are required to pay a $40 non-refundable application fee when they submit an application for admission. This fee will be deducted from the total registration fee when the student is accepted and enrolls.

Registration Fee

Current students who are re-enrolling for the next school year must pay a registration fee each year with their re-enrollment forms to confirm enrollment. New students must also pay registration fees with their enrollment forms. Parents will receive access to the school's online enrollment packet by email with notification of acceptance to the school. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration Fee Amounts:

  • On or before March 29, 2024 = $120 per student
  • After March 29, 2024 = $220 per student

Tuition Payment Plans

Payment plans are processed through FACTS Tuition Management. Full pay, two payment and monthly payment plans are available. Families will select a payment plan during the online enrollment process. The Business Office will begin finalizing 24-25 payment plans in March. Watch your inbox for an email confirmation from FACTS detailing your tuition invoice and set up fee. Set up fees will process in 10-14 days. Annual FACTS set-up fees are $25 for two payment plans and $55 for monthly plans. Full payment with no financial aid made by May 1 will receive a 3% discount (no fees associated with full payment).

Families manage payment plans through FACTS Family Portal on the Financials tab in a web browser or the "Financials" icon on the mobile app.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Financial aid and scholarships are available to Pre-K (5 full day only) through 12th grade students.

Financial Aid and Need-based Scholarships

Limited financial aid and need-based Finney scholarships are available each year. The application for aid is separate from the school application and enrollment process; interested families will need to apply for aid each year they are enrolled. Finney uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program to manage the application and award process, but all decisions regarding financial aid and need-based scholarship awards will be made by The Charles Finney School.

Financial Aid Process
  1. Complete the secure online FACTS application (one application per family, regardless of the number of students in the family)
  2. Pay the $40 financial aid application fee
  3. FACTS will process the application, which may take up to two weeks
  4. The Charles Finney School will review the application and make a decision regarding awarding aid and need-based scholarships
  5. Any awarded aid will be posted to the FACTS system
  6. You will be notified via email by FACTS when a decision is made
Important Notes
  • There are academic and behavioral standards that must be maintained by all financial aid and scholarship recipients. Please consult the Parent Student Handbook which can be found in the FACTS Family Portal for further details.
  • Please plan to have your application completed and submitted to meet any deadlines.
  • Returning Finney families should complete an online FACTS application, including the submission of all required tax and financial documents, by April 22, 2024 at midnight. This will allow The Charles Finney School to consider a returning Finney family for financial aid and/or any need-based scholarships for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • Families of new applicants should complete the online FACTS application, including the submission of all required tax and financial documents, as soon as possible during the admissions/enrollment process. An applicant must first be accepted for enrollment by the school to receive a financial aid or scholarship award.
  • When applying you will need last year’s W2s and federal income tax forms. If you do not file taxes, please contact the Admissions Office prior to applying for financial aid.
  • FACTS has a 24-hour toll free hotline for help with the application at 1-866-441-4637 (Spanish language reps available).
